This is a family home with 7 sleeping rooms, a living room, a garden room, a large kitchen, 2 toilets and a large bathroom with a shower, a jacuzzi and 2 washbasins.

It can be rent for a maximum of 2 years. It is partly furnished.

In the living room there is a fire place. There are 4 sofa's, 5 armchars, 2 dining tables, a lot of dining chairs, 1 television, 4 beds, wardrobes, cupboards, 3 desks. The coffee tables you see on the pictures and the lamps on foot are not there anymore. 

This is a sustainable geothermal house. It has solar panels and floor heating. The toilets are flushed with rainwater. The water in the taps on the outside of the house contain also rainwater. That water is used to water the plants, so don't drink it!
